Making Prazone.

At Piotrek and Paulina's party, we made Prazone, a traditional Polish dish. Here is how it went down:


Justyna cut up chicken legs.



Tomak sliced potatoes.



In a big plastic tub, they combined the potatoes, onions, carrots and kielbasa.



Piotrek added the spices.



The chicken and potato mix were alternately layered in a big pot lined in foil.



The pot is placed over an open flame, where everything cooks for two hours.



And voila! Polish party food.
